What the diagnostic measures
The diagnostic measures how your company decides around AI. It follows the five steps of the method: Human, Vision, Indicators, Data, Decisions. Each step has two situations, taken from everyday company life. For each one, you pick the answer closest to what you do today. Each step gets a score out of 100.
- 01 Human Who talked to a customer before you chose a tool. What you do when the people whose work changes are worried.
- 02 Vision Your reason for bringing AI in, said in one sentence. What happens when five directors tell five different stories.
- 03 Indicators How you will know, in six months, that the project worked. What to do with a busy pilot that changes nothing for customers.
- 04 Data Who checks what the AI produces, and how often. What happens to the weekly report and its dozens of figures.
- 05 Decisions Who decides when the AI and your best team member disagree. Who can overrule the tool, and how.
Who it is for
It is written for CEOs, founders and leadership teams. It fits a company that is bringing AI in, or getting ready to. You need no technical knowledge: every situation is a management situation.
What you get
Your result appears on the page after the last answer. You see your five scores and your weakest step. You leave with your first 3 actions. Each action is one sentence, and most carry a deadline. You can print the result or save it as a PDF. Your email is optional. If you leave it, you receive your scores and your actions by email. A one-page PDF report is attached. Gabriel then reads your answers and replies personally within 48 hours. The diagnostic is free.
What it does not measure
The diagnostic does not audit your tools or your data. It never asks which software you use. The Data step asks who looks at the figures, not how good they are. It looks at your decisions: who is consulted, what is measured, who decides. Ten situations give a first reading, not a full audit. The score opens a conversation. It does not replace one.
